Account restrictiom

Hi i have recently opened an account and sold 11 items out of 500 limit a month. Limit is 10000 a month and i sold £45 worth of stuff. Today i received q message from ebay saying listings were removed and account is rwstricted until they reciew some information. The link they sent to update information takes me to limit increase page which shows i still have limit?

You are registered as private seller which would give you 1000 free listings but as a new seller you would be limited on how many you can have until you get your account up and running

It may be ebay want more information as you are selling new items so should be registered as a business

As a business you would not be entitled to the Free listings

Yeah i understand there may be selling limits but ebay has actually given limit to sell 500 items or upto £10000 worth. They sent me q message to click a link to update information which takes me to selling limit page but there it says i still have limit and does not let me increase limit and there is no other message from them about what they require? Is there any contact details or help page where they can be contacted as i am clue less of what they need from me at this stage?

Company registration is still being sorted yet once that has been registered i can upload them too but its not what ebay has asked me you get me?

That number of listings is too high for a private seller. It may be that as a business you are allowed more but your account is not yet a business. See the link on seller limits. https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/selling/listings/selling-limits?id=4107 It says even though you are given amounts it may be you are restricted to a lower amount. To contact ebay top of the page under Seller Help or Help and contact then scroll down the page for contact details. It will be call me back or chat with us. They are closed now and open at 8 am on a weekday.
