Hoping someone can help.
I received a message from ebay on 9th June saying my account has been restricted due to a discrepancy with the information provided at registration. I'm guessing this is because I haven't updated my surname. Anyway, I've sent the documents asked for but still haven't heard anything. Has anyone else experienced this or know how long I should expect to wait for a apply. Also, what happens to your items for sale once the restrictions are lifted?
