Account on hold

My account was put on hold because I owed fees 

The fees was paid and the account is still on hold a week later why is this

Ebay can suspend accounts when fees are not paid on time,and depending on how long you waited before paying your fees,it may take a few days before they drop the suspension, or it could be an  indefinite suspension!!
