I tried to send the info it would not let me. I have recently sold an item and the buyer paid but the money has still not gone through to my PayPal account. This is the message that I have received. (

Enter Managed Payments into Help and Contact at the top or very foot of the Page. Then Contact Ebay about your Blocked PayPal Payment. Enter Call Me Back or Chat with Us into Help and Contact.
