Account at risk: Upload valid VAT information

I just received an email telling me to provide a VAT number to eBay within 30 days or my account will be restricted from listing on eBay.

The problem is I only list unwanted Items on eBay and have not made £85,000 in the last 12 months.

I got that and it appears to be a phishing spoof.  eBay always address you by your real full name, not by your ID. And there is no copy in my eBay messages.  Just delete it.

As said its a fake ebay email,and if you happened to click on it and any links within, you should change passwords immediately or you could of compromised your account details.
