Account Restriction

Anyone out there keep getting their Account restricted for counterfit goods when everything is actually genuine and can be proven, but Ebay will not listen?

I even bought Football Shirts to resell direct from Norwich City Football Club.

I was Emailed and told by Ebays experts they were fake........

When i contacted Ebay customer services they told me to report it Norwich City that their shirts were fake! 

Any ideas how to make Ebay actually think and listen?

Your biggest issue is that you are selling new items as a private seller, so brand owners will suspect they are fake.

You have admitted buying items to sell, so must register as a business seller on ebay.

Do this ASAP before ebay close you down, you are already on their radar.

IF Ebay remove an item whatever you do.....do not relist it as they can suspend your account either temporarily or permanently. Ebay will only temporarily restrict your account a couple of times usually.....then its a permenant lifetime ban from selling with no appeal. 

I think it does not help that you appear NOT to be correctly registered as a business seller.   Be mindful  that Ebay  could  remove all your listings until correctly registered. 

Ebay unfortunately will not listen.....never get to see your actual shirts and if the club or other members report them as fakes they will remove them.

I must admit i did laugh at Ebays "experts" telling you to contact Norwich City to tell them their shirts are fakes.   IF you mean Ebay CS to be honest half the time they do not have a clue about even basic problems. 

You may end up having to sell your shirts elsewhere 😞

I could list some stuff purchased from the Wolves fc site...i will go crazy if they tell me its fake LOL
