I know that this subject has been discussed before, in fact not that long ago.
Unfortunately when contacting Ebay, the customer service staff don't have the sufficient knowledge to help as it's an technical issue.
It came so sudden, eBay worked like normal and nothing indicated that we would be denied access to eBay.
When the problem first occured in my home, we tried all of our computers (4 computers), none of them could access ebay as long as the url started with www.ebay.co.uk
But we can access community.ebay.co.uk
Then we tried on our phones, Android and iOS, ebay app doesn't work.
I've tried to clear my browser data, I've tried with different browsers.
My ISP provider reset our IP address and I managed to get onto Ebay for 24 hours and then it got blocked again. When I use a service like Tunnelbear (VPN/proxy service ) I have no problem to access ebay. So basically my IP address is blacklisted and I have no idea who to contact at ebay that can actually help me.
Does anyone know who I can contact someone at Ebay technical support?
