Seems eBay have my IP blocked for some reason, can't access the site at all (but my account functions fine if I use another IP address, e.g. VPN, 4G, another location).
I do not get to ebay but get a page from their server:
Access Denied
You don't have permission to access "http://www.ebay.co.uk/" on this server.
Reference #[then a number]
Online chat is a waste of time, they say they have 'checked' ebay.co.uk at their end and can access it so it must be my ISP doing something, which it is not.
Has anybody had this before and reached a solution? I can obviously obtain a different IP address (don't need technical advice about resetting routers or clearing caches), what I would like to know is how come my IP address would be blocked in the first place? Does anybody know?
