This morning, everything was fine; I've NEVER had ANY problems with PayPal EVER since I've used it.

And now THIS:

I've tried to ring PayPal support on +44 870 7307191 >>> automatic message: "line is busy; try again later"
I've tried to find helpful info on paypal.com >>> same result: "access denied"
I've installed Firefox (I usually use Chrome on Windows 7) >>> same result: "access denied"
I've installed CC Cleaner to clear cache, cookies, etc >>> same result: "access denied"
I've tried other paypal websites - but ANY URL staring with paypal.com/... results in "access denied" !!!

For following more sophisticated advice my IT knowedge is not sufficient...

...and I fear that the problem will not just "go away in the morning"... :-(((

What can I do????
