Accepting an offer - URGENT!

I have listed an item for auction and make me an offer.

there is less than 24 hours to go.

I have received bids on the items.

someone wants to make an offer but that option does not appear - even though I clicked 'accept offers.

when they tried to make an offer they can only place a bid.

we have communicated through the eBay contact seller option.

I would be happy to accept their offer but there appears to be no way of doing this.

is it too late?

should I suggest they just make a bid up to what they are willing to pay but loose risking the item?

there are 9 bids.

if I just wait for the bids they may not be as high as the prospective buyer is offering.

once you receive bids the option to recieve offers is removed,

you have received bids so you can no longer accept offers,

tell the person making the offer to bid along with everyone else

The Best Offer option is auto removed as soon as the first bid is placed, that's the way it works.

You're not allowed to accept any offers now I'm afraid, you'll have to leave the auction to run and tell them to bid.
