Ebay have probably taken their 10% final value fees, check your invoice http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/invoice-display.html

You are breaking the law, not registered as a business.

To see what you've been charged for, click here: http://pages.ebay.co.uk/help/sell/invoice-display.html. This will take you to an itemised breakdown of your invoice.

It may be free to list items for sale but optional listing upgrades such as a reserve price (4% fee), BIN option, gallery plus or a sub-heading have to be paid for whether or not the item sells.

When an item sells eBay charges a 10% final value fee on the total price, including p&p. If you have had a buyer who didn't pay you need to open an unpaid item case to get this fee credited back to your account.

You can find full details of eBay's fees here, including a list of listing upgrades and what they cost: http://sellercentre.ebay.co.uk/private/what-fees-youll-pay

Don't forget that PayPal will also deduct their fee of 3.4% (3.9% for overseas payments) of the total selling price including postage, plus 20p.

where were you looking?

your my ebay page only shows the amount sold in the chosen timeframe

your paypal account shows the payments minus the processing fee,

when you buy things the cleared paypal funds are you first, so if you have purchased items since receiving your payments, that will explain the missing money.

You'll pay for any applicable listings fees, plus eBay final value fees at 10% on both the item price and the postage price shown on your listing.

PayPal take 3.4% play 20p (3.9% if an international payment).

PayPal take their fee as soon as you receive your payment, eBay take theirs at a later date.

Go to your My eBay>Account to view a breakdown of your invoice.

On another note, you are using this account to trade as a business, and the law (not just eBay) requires you to upgrade it to a business one.

Also be aware that your item locations are showing as UK, if you are dropshipping from China the items must state 'China' under location.

Are you also aware that items entering the UK with a vlaue of over £15 are subject to import fees?
