AO and guarantee

Can any one advise,

I bought a 55ins Tv it has broke you can hear sound and no picture,

got in touch with them have 2 year guarantee, was asked to get a

quote for repair. I  tried 5 different tv repairers and none came out to check,

others were closed dont know if because of covid.

So as i was getting no-where i said i would just buy a new tv.

But i am annoyed as i have to pay to get rid of a tv that is about 16 months old.

Can i send the tv back to AO and they fix the tv?

can any one help do i have any rights? thanks

Ebay and paypal money back guarantees are for items that are not as described when they arrive

and not a warranty.

Any warranty is between you and the seller.

AO is a business in the UK so Contact Citizens Advice for their help.
