AFTER RETURN WE DIDN`T RECEIVED REFUND!

Hi, I bought the commercial fridge and in the despriction says it`s perfect condition. I paid full amount 300.- GBP and went  collect the fridge.  When we collected we didn`t have any chance to check the fridge before collection because it was leave on the street.  It was very dirty and smelly. After delivery the fridge to the shop we was waiting about 3 days when the temperature will go down, but it`snt . Loowest temperatu was +12 degrees. The fridge was too warm and door wasn`t works properly. I let the seller know that the fridge dosnt works properly and I would like to return. After retuns the buyers did`t put marker on Ebay after received the fridge. I was waiting more than 2 weeks about refund.  I called to sellers ask about refund, he said, yes ok I `ll paid refund. Still waiting for next 2 weeks time, refund didn`t received yet. Then we ask again. The sellers said that the fridge was on perfect conditions and know it`s dosn`t works what was before... I already said him from beginning, that the fridge dosn`t works properly and that is the reson of the return.   I don`t have no money no fridge. Please help me. I don`t know what to do next.

You can't get refunds on collection items, allegedly.

You inspect the item before you hand over the money, that''s the whole point of collection items.

If it was a business there might be some recourse but you won't get help from ebay.

If you paid by paypal you might be able to open a case although you shouldn't be able to.

 

Edit: Just realised you have actually returned it, do you have any tracking information? Because without it you can't win a case anyway.
