Hello, my accounts were restricted by eBay and they have requested for copies of invoices from my suppliers.
ibhave uploaded the information and now they have replied by saying they have indefinitely restricted my accounts from selling and have removed all my listings.
I have received no explanation or option to appeal.
please can someone assist as I am not sure how I have breached eBay policy.
thank you very much

I'm afraid that on eBay an indefinite restriction means permanent, for life. It will also be applied to anyone else they associate with your account, e.g. at your address or has logged in using your connected device.
There is no option to appeal. You can phone customer support, but we have never heard of any seller who was allowed to sell again.
My guess would be something to do with being a business seller using a private account which deprives ebay of fees and buyers of their consumer rights, keyword spamming (beads fit XX and XX), and possibly a complaint by the rights owners of the brands you reference in your listings.
There is no appeal, your selling days on ebay are over.
You failed to register correctly as a business seller, once you have an indefinite restriction there is no coming back and any other accounts you hold or anyone else at the same address may also be restricted.
the simple answer is that you were a business seller trading as a private seller in violation of eBay rules and the law.
