I bought an item, never received it, and never received replies to my messages.
I open a case against them, and suddenly a reply, with a tracking number (Item tracking says item is awaiting drop off at Post office)
I reply by saying this is not proof that it has been sent, this could be a tracking number for anything, doesn't prove it is my item, another week goes by, no reply and no item.
Anyway, long story short, item arrives after 17 days, no date as it's postage on account.
I close the case, but leave negative feedback on my experience of their poor customer service, a few days later, my feedback is removed, and they are in the clear, looking wonderful !
I get no word from eBay that my Feedback is being removed, no request from buyer to revise the feedback, it is simply just not there anymore.
I am unable to leave it again.
How on earth is this good and honest selling, if the buyer can behave any way he likes, and ebay allow him to hide any evidence of it by removing honest and truthful feedback?
Sellers cannot remove feedback.
It's possible the bots removed it or something you wrote caused ebays decision to remove it.
I've seen it happen before.
It's also possible it was removed because of a tracking number being added, a lot of ebays system is automated, so the tracking number could have caused the case to go in the sellers favor.
You might have needed to appeal if the tracking was fake.
