A pre paid label for a buyer to return goods

A buyer wants to return goods.  I paid paypal for a label but I don't understand what to do next.  I have no idea where the label is that I paid for.  Do I have to post the label to the buyer or do they print it.  Thank you

Not sure what you did.

Correct way is for buyer to open case, you issue label through, ebay send link for buyer to print it, 

they post item back & you refund when received.
