Hello anyone who knows this matter,
I sold an item through Hermes-Packlink delivery after 3 weeks did not deliver and now found the parcel is lost. After too many contacts through phone and online chats with robots and no result.
Then contacted the linked label address and they sent me a LOSS CLAIM FORM and I filled in all they asked details.
Today , I got emails said that I " did not choose to purchase compensation to cover the item declared.", SO the Claim Dismissed - Compensation not applicable. They only refunded the delivery label charge.
It was through eBay auto printed label with the tracking number on ( 3231878757393312 ) which should auto cover minimum compensation, otherwise, they steal every parcel without compensation?
Anyone have an idea, what should I do? please, help!

Did the postage you bought cover you for compensation or not? And if so, what were the T&Cs? It's up to you to check and buy the right one.
When you bought the label you should know what price it was and that will allow you to check the cover with Packlink. This link takes you to the Packlink guidance and there are other links in it. T&Cs are Terms and Conditions.
