A call for Ebay to 1/ Stop PayPal as a payment method. 2/ Ebay to Pledge to service Landline Users

A call for Ebay to stop accepting PayPal as a payment method.
Wikipedia Quote: "In 2015, eBay spun off PayPal to eBay's shareholders."

PayPal is very slyly booting people off PayPal if they only use a Landline telephone.
There are lots of reasons why some people only use a Landline Telephone. Lots of elderly got into tech, but only into computers, and have no time for learning smartphones/tiny screens, and being BULLIED by PayPal into large monthly 2nd unnecessary phone contracts.

It is disgusting that PayPal is bullying its users, bullying the elderly.
It's even more disgusting that the Ebay Shareholder's that hold PayPal agreed to Bullying PayPal account holders, and even more startling that the Ebay Shareholders are throwing away users, throwing away company usage and "income".

PayPal appears to be doing this disgusting Financial Company move slyly, in an effort to minimize the outrage, but even with this disgusting discriminating tactic against service to the elderly and others, I'm told they are inundated by calls from people who are unable to access their PayPal accounts anymore, ridiculous phone support wait times, and the PayPal community forum being filled daily with users locked out of their own PayPal accounts by PayPal/Ebay Shareholders. PayPal essentially telling them to go F* Off.
And this disgusting/disgraceful PayPal anti-accessibility and discrimination also gets in the way of other financial companies too, where this stops other Financial Institution usage - companies that tie into PayPal transactions.

Again, 1/ this is a call for Ebay, ebay shareholders and other financial institutions to call out PayPal's disgusting dystopian anti-accessibility and discrimination, and to stop accepting PayPal as a payment method because of it. 2/ This is to request "Ebay Make A Permanent Pledge" to never stop Landline Phone Users from accessing and using their Ebay accounts.

can you explain the paypal thing please

we only use a landline and paypal haven't 'booted' us off the site,

they send texts to our landline as we haven't provided a mobile number

I haven't seen anything that says we can't  continue with paypal if we don't provide a mobile number

we just put our landline number in the box where it asked for a phone number and it works fine
