A buyer returned a dress as she said it smelt (faulty) but there was nothing wrong with it

Buyer said a dress she had bought smelt musty, and ticked the 'faulty' box, so I agreed to a return. After she returned it, I could see nothing wrong with it so i suspect it did not fit and she wanted an excuse. The case went to the Resolution Centre and their final decision is  'to issue the buyer a refund without any impact to you.You aren't required to reimburse the buyer or ebay and this case will not be counted in your perfomance evaluation'.

I just don't get what this means. It says - for details see Resolution Centre, but all I can see in the Resolution Centre is  articles giving advice. No details of any individual cases.
