A buyer is asking for cost of shipping to Spain

A buyer is asking for an invoice to ship to Spain (having won the auction).  The buyer only joined eBay yesterday and has no feedback.

Does this sound like a scam?

You only see m to have UK postage on the item so they will not be able to pay.

If you dont want to post to Spain then open a non payment dispute after 2 days and close after another 4 full days to get your money back

They should not have bought it.

It may have changed for the non payment which may be in force rather then the non payment dispute

If you want to post then you get the postage and send to the buyer with a new invoice

Perhaps they opened the account to buy their item

Ok, maybe I am just being too suspicious. I have quoted them Royal Mail International tracked and signed, they have accepted and paid. Hopefully it will proceed smoothly now.

I hope it goes well. There are just as many risks with someone with lots of feedback in the UK. You can never tell.

Turns out that I was being over cautious. Quoted the buyer a fully tracked rate (which was quite high). They accepted and the rest all went without any problems. So, thanks for the advice.
