If you mean 67 days after then they are out of time on ebay
They had 30 days from the latest estimated day of delivery on the listing to open the dispute
You seem to send some items at least by RM. If it is under £20 and a packet rather than an envelope then there is a 16 digit code on the receipt which acts as tracked for ebay
You make sure you put the onto the item or dispute
You should put it on as soon as you post the items
It can be checked by clicking on it on ebay or by going to the RM site
If it says Delivered you win but if not then you would lose but as said your buyer is out of time on ebay. Make sure it is on paypal if they paid that way as they may be able to open it on paypal if they paid that way.
