Not knowing whether you are on the classic sitev or Seller Hub, the simple answer is to go to the bidding history.Click on number of Bids.
That shows all bids and there should be against the ID of te under bidder "Make SCO"" or words to that effect.
Bidder may no longer be interested, and is not obliged to accept.
Have you closed off the first sale? This must be either cancelled (requires buyer's approval) or using the Unpaid Route. If not you still pay the selling fee and would also pay another fee if sold again.
