2nd chance items

A seller offered a 2nd chance buy it now item after I lost auction. I took up the offer and paid for the item. Days later seller cancelled item and refunded the money paid after reauctioning the item on Ebay.

Can anything be done to stop this bad practice?

Feedback is your best tool letting other potential buyers know the transaction did not follow through!

The seller willhave got themselves a defect from ebay for not following the correct process for refunding and cancelling the sale,and lost there fvf credit.

It seems buyers are contracted to pay and sellers do what they want!
