I have purchased a compressor for my BMW it's with a 24 month warranty. Purchased June 2020. Compressor has stopped working. Seller is not responding to emails. Ebay help is useless and purposefully designed that way. I need to contact Ebay directly. Even their phone line is useless by purpose. What do I do.?
No point in contacting ebay, they have nothing to do with arranties. Warranties are between Buyer and Seller, you did not buy from ebay, they are not the seller.
eBay Money Back Guarantee is for 30 days from receipt they do not get involved with warranty issues,if your seller is a UK business you're best to contact Citizens Advice.
No need to contact eBay - they never get involved with warranty issues.
It's between you and the seller - are they based in the UK? Do you have a contact number for them / can you visit them?
Any warranty is only as good as a buyer's ability to inforce it.
