2 step authentication

This doesnt seem to work. Anyone else notice this ? I've emailed customer services but got no response.

No,  no one has complained of this so far,  but you will not get an answer to your email,  as eBay do not commumicate this way.

 

Their staff mainly based in the Phillipines,  are working from home because of Covid,  so the main line of communication is through a Live Chat.

Contact them this way.

 

Scroll to the very bottom of the page on the link below you will be able to access eBay Customer Services via a Live Chat and sometimes there is a Call Back available. Both options will give you an approximate waiting time, it is usually only a few minutes.
