2 items ordered only 1 delivered

I ordered 2 prs shorts for holidays, both were same item no. just different colours. ordered 1 black 1 grey free p&p.

got the black ones 2 days later signed for. checked parcel and found only black ones so emailed seller to ask where the grey ones were and  this is where the fun [not]begins.

They stated they had been sent separately. so when I didnt receive grey ones after 5 days opened a resolution  case for non-receipt. I then noticed both colours had the same tracking number and when I checked with royal mail of course I had signed for the black ones. sent email to ask again where grey ones were and explained you could not have  same tracking number for 2 differant parcels. They are now saying that I have opened a case for non receipt of black ones when in fact it is for the grey ones. the info which comes up in reslution centre is photo and description is for the grey but they wont have any of it. have asked when the grey 1's were sent -nothing-asked for tracking no of grey ones-gives the tracking no for black ones. asked for refund or return only to be told -cancel the resolution claim and will send them," does this mean a} they havent sent them anyway, will I lose out if I close it. Told them it was bad customer service and they are saying its all my fault. ANYONE KNOW ANYTHING TO HELP. [case comes up 4/5/16]
