I bought item when i received the item it was not as decribed, the seller has agreed to credit me £100 as compensation,  I paid via paypal. Paypal have paid full amount £255 and i am still awaiting £100 refund. Iaccepted the seller offer of £100 credit and thought this would automatically sort itself out but this does not seem to be the case.

Have you opened an 'Not as described' case within 30 days  from item delivery date, escalate to eBay on 4th. day and continue the case to completion for any agreed refund ? ... ignore any Seller pleas/promises/ requests to cancel the case  ... Seller can offer partial or full refund through the open case.

Any other DIY request or promised refund agreement through messages cannot be enforced>
