So I looked at my dashboard and 0 of my listings now qualify for 10% premium discount, (the badge still shows on my listings), just spent 20 mins on phone to CS and all of the criteria in the t&c's are met (just as they always have been), I have been told that they have an 'internal policy' and I would need to offer free returns to get the discount, it's not written down in t&c's as it's an 'internal policy' ..... surely this is illegal and they can't just stop giving the discount based on an 'internal policy' ?????
