Can anyone let me know if they are not getting the £1 max offer promotion?
My partner & a few friends also sell on ebay & they have had this promotion twice in the last month or so? Whereas i seem to NOT be given this option
Can anyone let me know why this is the case? I have previously contacted Ebay customer services who could give no explanation??
