£1 final fee offer didn't sell first time,does the offer of £1 final fee still apply to relisted ?

Greeting Folks,

                        Would anyone know the answer to this, I have listed an item using the £1 final fee selling offer, the item didn't sell and was relisted, does the relisted item which has just received an offer still quallify for the £1 final fee or will it attract a full 10% fee please?

Terms and conditions of the offer is for 1st listing only

You will pay full fees if it is relisted

Just to add
You could wait for the next £1 listing but there is no guarantee when of if it will arrive
You may get one soon or never no one knows
I usually keep expensive items until I receive the offer
