0 feedback buyer

I sold my item to a seller and it was a fixed price deal, they made an offer and I accepted but I didn't check the details correctly because I was on ebay phone app and the seller has 0 feedback. I sent a message to them confirming they want the item but no reply. It has been 4 days now and there's no reply so i'm weary its one of those scamming accounts so I cancelled the order but it says I have to wait 10 days?
Is there any way to speed up this process because it's really wasting my time.

Now you have sent cancellation request, wait until the 10 days & close.

In future, open unpaid case instead, can be done from 2 days after sale, although most seller will allow longer, & closed 4 days later if not paid.
