Hi,
Where is the 'ask ebay to step' in tab? The system seems to have changed.
I have started a return and the seller has provided an address written in Chinese, although the the item was posted from the UK. I've asked for the UK address several times, but the seller is not cooperating. I'm trying to ask ebay to resolve the issue but keep being taken to the 'progress of return' page with no option to start a dispute.
Thanks,
Jackie
What sort of return have you started as it does make a difference.
If NOT AS DESCRIBED, the seller should provide a Reply Paid Label for the UK addressfrom which they were sent. I think the Escalate to Ebay is available after 3 days, but you coul read all about returns, by entrring "Returns" in Help & Contact.
By giving an address in Chinese that does not sound as though it is being done through the case, as that would give the UK address, unless of course you actually bought from China. It is assumed that by having an address in Chinese characters that buyers give up at that point.
Go to the item in the seller hub under Purchase history from MY ebay at the top right of the page.
It should come up with a page with all information including Returns where you can take the action
I say should because it does seem to change.
