This spring, we’re introducing a range of updates, enhanced ways to help you list using market insights, new tools to promote and create offers and a better post-sales experience for sellers and buyers in 2021.

New partial refund option on auto-accepted returns:

From late March, sellers using managed payments will have more flexibility to resolve return requests by making it possible to offer a partial-refund even when eBay auto-accepted the return. This can help you save money on postage costs if you don’t want items returned.
