Treasure Hunt Coffee Mugs Terms and Conditions
This promotion is subject to the following terms and conditions and by entering the promotion all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions:
1. The eBay Treasure Hunt Coffee Mugs promotion will take place on the Christmas Treasure Hunt community board on the days specified by eBay. The prizes will be a total of 100 Treasure Hunt coffee mugs.
2. Entrants may win a prize by using their skill to guess the correct answer in response to a clue provided within a posting on the Christmas Treasure Hunt community board. Entrants will have one chance every ten minutes to guess the right answer in a reply to this posting. The first 20 entrants to guess the correct answer will win a Treasure Hunt coffee mug. No purchase is necessary to win a prize.
3. eBay will run five clues, with 20 mugs available to win for each clue. Sellers may only win one prize each during this promotion.
4. The promotion is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over registered on any eBay site, except any employees (and their families) of eBay International A.G., any affiliates, subsidiary companies ( eBay ), any representatives or agents of those companies and anyone else who may be involved with the promotion. eBay reserves the right to verify the eligibility of entrants.
5. eBay will aim to deliver the prizes within 30 working days from the end of the promotion.
6. eBay will confirm the winners of prizes up to 72 hours from the end of the day by either a telephone call or an email to the telephone number or email address supplied by the winner for the purposes of receiving eBay communications. If eBay is not able to contact the winner by midnight 24 hours after eBays first attempted notification, eBay reserves the right to select an alternative winner and the original winners entitlement to the prize will lapse.
7. Your eBay account must be in good standing, including feedback not below zero during the period of this promotion, from the day of the promotion until the delivery of the prize.
8. No cash alternatives will be substituted for prizes and no alternative prizes will be offered.

12. English law governs the promotion. 15. eBay may use third parties to facilitate one or more elements of this promotion and therefore we may provide some of your personally identifiable information directly to them.
