Spit - Vindaloo's way too hot for me.  My max is about Madras level - I like to be able to savour the food and taste it properly, as opposed to having to swallow it quickly because it's burning my mouth and throat up!  I can't see the point of having it so hot that it spoils the enjoyment of eating it...
