.....the smell of the ginger, how lovely Littleme..........I put cinnamon in my rock cake mixture............. and even the birds couldn't peck them when I overbaked them.......but they did look nice painted white around the border...........oops!

... Yes so lovely the smell of ginger, and cinnamon too is Lindum. 

I remember reading a while ago when anyone is selling their home, and have viewers coming - To sprinkle some cinnamon/nutmeg/allspice onto a baking tray, all on a low heat. The aroma is so inviting and a homely feel. Maybe with that the homes will sell quicker. 

Another memory of mine, regarding rock cakes. I made some at school, when I brought them home and my dad tried one, he said ''Did you add cement instead of flour''? Ooo, I bashed him up.
