As the title of the post suggests, for this game you have to add the missing letters in order to make a word. Each answer has to consist of six letters, but before you submit an answer think of a new word and then type the first two letters of that word, leaving the next person to complete the word. There are no "List In Alphabetical Order" or "Last Two Letters" rules in this thread as I didn't want to ruin the game by overcomplicating matters, and by allowing people to fill in the last four letters it should result in a wider range of words to choose from, thus preventing the game from becoming too awkward.
If when you come to submit an answer you find that the previous person has left no indication as to which two letters to start the next word with you can choose from any six lettered word in the English language before leaving two new letters for the next person so as to get the thread back on track again.
I'll start the game off with the first one - if you feel like having a go yourself then feel free to respond to the thread.

Yes, it was Venule. I thought it would prove difficult as it was a bit of a trick question. The cornea is the only part of the human body with no blood supply!

Just a reminder about the rules - each new word has a total of six letters. The person responding to the most recent post answers the post and then submits the first two letters of the post for the following person to use. You've just listed four out of six.
Anyway, getting the thread back on track and only using the first two letters:
