And done a bit of bidding too. It's looking variable this month, some of us doing better than others. I am not listing the right things! I was going to list some seeds I've been collecting all summer, but I tidied up last week ...  They are Hiding.

One of the worst months ever for Friends of Bwindi. Our charity account has a very round number of bids, none, zero, zilch! Not a single bid for all 5 MDCC auctions! My Non-Computery-End Assistant Volunteer will have nothing to wrap up!

Bwindi is right on the border with DRC and Rwanda. If you have been watching the news you will understand that I am abit worried.

Just a few hours left for a couple of home made bits, these are making excellent first aid cases for the car but are so handy too for a day out with the little one still using disp nappies. When you only need one or two spare's and some wet wipes this holder is more than you need, other things can be tucked in too they are so handy. So come on grab a bargain lots of charities will benefit.

Having raised £5 (approx) for MacMillan Nurses, I think I will stick to donating directly to the charities or donating something to the girls who make for charity to enable them to reduce their costs for their makings.  Frankly, it makes more sense.  I have so much stuff to get rid off, I shall simply donate it to the local charity shop.

I am no longer able to knit or sew as I did, thanks to peripheral neuropathy in my hands (and my feet) so can no longer go down that route.  Well done to the rest of you, has CG's bathing belle gone yet?  She is fabulous.

Hi Carol. She has gone, rather cheaply i'm afraid. CG put so much work into her. It is very disappointing. I am beginning to think you are right about it all being not worth the effort. Sorry folks but that is how I feel.
