Re: manchester dogs home

Honestly, that beggars belief.  I hope that the thing that is responsible has the book thrown at him but he won't though.

Re: manchester dogs home

Have made a donation as they are going to need every penny they can for vets bills etc for the surviving dogs. If any one is local I think they are needing blankets, bowls etc. I have blankets but am to far away

Re: manchester dogs home

I think they are innundated. They are desperate for bedding and food I have just read. Sorry must admit I had a bit of a grizzle when I read the story. I would be there in a heartbeat but we are so far away. Will check in the morning if there is amy other way to help.

Trying to donate but the site has frozen. Will try again later. What sort of person could do such a thing.

Re: manchester dogs home

Just donated. Just told my husband andhe is disgusted. just been watching on the bbc 60 dogs sadly died. How amazing are people so many turned up with blankets and food. Surviving dogs have been placed in sister dogs home in Cheshire. So far 150 thousand has been raised.

Re: manchester dogs home

This is truly heartbreaking, honestly I can't begin to imagine how anybody could

do something so cruel, so utterly disgusting.  They must be the lowest of the lowlife.

Poor little dogs, may they rest in peace, bless them all.  Bless all the wonderful

people who have done what they can, the staff, firefighters, vets, other rescue

centres and all the many people who went along with donations and offers of

help - they are all angels.

I shall give something, sadly I too am miles away.

It's tragic enough when it's nobody's fault but to deliberately do this when they

must have known the potential tragedy to result is just unbelievable.  On a day

too when many people are remembering the tragic events in New York thirteen

years ago, and thinking of people in places where unrest and fighting is rife.  I guess

anybody who does that isn't thinking of anybody.
