At no point in reading and replying to this thread did I think for one moment that the OP would be contemplating carrying out any actual work himself - he just wanted to know if it was possible and costs etc.

 

Or have I under-estimated the potential stupidity in people nowadays?! 😄

we have just viewed a property with this type of gas and that is roughly the cost we were told..
