Is to find me some bench cushion storage bags.
I have got plastic waterproof bags/covers for our garden swing, table set, parasol etc but have been unable to buy similar pacaging for the swing/bench cushions. There is a seat cushion and back cushion and they're approx 4ft long & about 15-18'' wide. I'm sure they myst make storage bags for these but for the life of me I can't blooming find any.
Anyone got any suggestions of where to look please 🙂

honestly, don't bother, we bought some and put the cushions in, they went mouldy as the bags are not altogether dry. In the end, we put them in bin bags and bunged them into the loft.

Trying to avoid the loft as it's being renovated over the winter & they'll just have to come down again. May have to try & sneak them into the cupboard under the stairs

Not sure if they are available in that size but would those cheap nylon type coat storage bags do ? You could always sew a little tag on the end of the cushion and hang them up with a coat hanger.

OK ! Will get my coat !Cat Very Happy

why dont you buy a garden swing seat cover(one of the large ones) and then sew and adapt to suit your cushions.   simplesSmiley Happy

We've got the garden swing cover but I'm convinced somewhere that I've seen a seperate bag for the cushions. Don't want to leave the on the swing as although they're protected from the rain the damp creeps in under the cover (put the swing to bed for the winter last week)

I had a similar issue with a bench cushion, couldn't find one either.  So I bought an evening dress or coat bag protector  fitted in perfectly then put a black bag over the top.  I also used one of those under bed storage bag things for the smaller one.  Bought both from D..Mill .  Hope it helps.

I don't know about sizes but I'm sure you can get heavy polythene under bed storage things with zips round.  Would they be any good?

Thank you. I had thought of black bags (cushions for loungers are already double bagged & taped in them) but as they're new this year I don't want them to 'sweat' & mould in the plastic

Gina in £ land you can get the storage bags that you do up and suck all the air out with the hoover. Ive got double thick duvets in them and we only have a small space to store above the hot water tank, they fit snug in there. It says on the bags how big they are and what size blankets etc they will hold.
