Can't they just leave things alone EVER???????
Can't use a previous template & just alter the actual item but leave the mdcc bumf like I usually do - when I've changed the item for listing, the writing is all in html mode. Hit preview & it reverts to the previous listing page - it's totally ignored the changes. The font/colour/size & html tabs have all disappeared.
Starting from scratch is no better - it won't load any new pics either.
Got a load of stuff ready for listing & can't get past the first page.
Really wondering why I bother with ebay at all nowadays - do they actually want sellers or not 😞

I go to last months sold listings & click sell similar in the dropdown options & just change it. It works fine for me.

RV, on the opening page top right you should see something along the lines of advanced settings, click on that and it should take you back to the normal (as we know it) page.
Not exactly sure what it says but advanced something or other.

That's what I usually do too but the description is all in that html gobble-de-**bleep** but there's no tabs to alter it.
Got one listed but the description is all wrong - no colours & no paragraph spacings. I'm not illiterate - I wrote it all correctly but it's not showing up on the listing.
Gawd, I'm really starting to hate ebay with a passion

Tried that too RC - that's when I get the gooble-de-**bleep** in the description 😞
Thanks for the help folks - always very much appreciated

Have you tried switching to an alternate browser - whilst I use Firefox most of the time, sometimes it just won't oblige with ebay listings so I have to swap to Google Chrome, Internet Explorer or Safari (yes you can get a version of Safari for Windows).
