People complain about the British weather but if it produces beauty like this, it's good enough for me.:-)

I know CG, it looked stunning and we've certainly had our share of weather lately.
All the flowers are late and the rhodedendrons weren't all out, but nevertheless it looked good.
Captainbovine, I love the purple ones, they usually come out first which might explain why I didn't see any there.
There were lovely bluebells too and the trees were fabulous, so mature and huge.

I'll try a couple more while I'm on a roll and computer's in a relatively good mood..
This was a rhodedendron flower still half in bud.

Those pictures are brilliant Fishy.
Talking of weather, it's blowing a gale here and we've just had our second hailstorm of the day. It's cold as well and we've even got the heating on as well.

Thanks people.
Same here Boos & Bits, been alternately hailing and sunny and blowing gale all day, at the monent the sky is blue and you wouldn't believe half an hour ago it was hailing!
