Well I seem to have killed this thread stone dead 
I don't put up many decorations now, but I do have some very pretty electrical ones with lights, like a candle bridge but not. I have a village scene (goes in window at front door), nativity scene, a BIG merry christmasfor the hall and 2 big stars which I hang in the living room. They're all made by the same company, Scandinavian I think, can't remember the name.
This year I reckon just the small green tree, which is decorated with white roses (amongst other stuff), an idea I loved when I saw it in Savannah, except they used magnolias. Pretty with just white lights.
I also have a big santa picture (which is actually a cotton rug) which I hang above the fireplace with some lights and tinsel to brighten it up. Be a couple of weeks though before I actually hang them all up.
