What would be your best christmas present ?

Very materialistic but I would like my house painted & decorated. Nothing has been done to it since Ken died & I am getting well past doing such a major job myself. Failing that I would like my family to move a bit closer to me.

What I would really like is a proper paid job so that I can come off the benefit system and earn enough to treat myself to a nice holiday.

I never want things at Christmas.

Right now I just want there to be a cure for cancer - childhood cancer is a mean boostard.

But I guess I wish there was a cure for everything really - I hate hate hate that people are struggling because of illness xx

i think when ed asked, they meant things like having your house decorated and lemon muffins (which i too would quite like!)

it goes without saying everyone would hope for cures for cancer, people being happy and well, end of war, etc
