It doesn't have to cost money, it can be silly or serious, something you have always wanted, or something you could only dream of.

Well ladies thats more like it, whilst we all would like world peace and happiness for all, I was hoping it would be a light hearted thread that would put a smile on a lot of weary faces.
Rainydaywoman, we all wish you well and wish we could take your pain away. Life is so unfair.

go on saasher, you can have one muffin, I'm a diabetic and can manage to have a couple of them without getting the wobblies...are you 1 or 2?
I think I would like all of the above to be true for all of the above.
And I'd like a pet...budgie or something that wouldn't mind being alone until we got home from work. We can't have a dog until we retire but I'd just love a couple of dogs to snuggle up to of an evening.

i am type 2 pills and diet controlled and i know we can eat a little sweet stuff but if i really wish for xmas i would have and like to eat all at once is a
large bar of coconut ice
a large bar of nougart
and a large bag of dolly mixtures
i miss these the most
and please do not say you can have small pieces as that is not possible as if you open a bag of dolly mixtures you just have to eat it all.

I'd like a garden makeover including a new fence, so that it looks all smart and elegant instead of the current jungle.

My mum is insulin dependant and misses her sweeties, but sometimes savoury things can cause problems too, bless her she copes wonderfully well and never moans she is 80 next year and does all their gardening and grass cutting, decorating etc.
I should hasten to add we do offer to help, but she loves to do it and it keeps her fit and active.

I would like to see my two older brothers as i miss them,, as they are abroad.
And i would like terrible things people do to each other because of countries at war or because of religious beliefs to stop and for us to have peace,,, such as what happened to the poor soldier this year in Greenwich. God bless him and his family. It was so awful and horrific!!!!!!!.

You're absolutely right guys, this is a flippant wish list kinda thread and we all want peace in the world, cures and happiness. I was feeling particularly sad about Robyn at that point. And so angry for every person in the world living with cancer right now.
I have never been very good at having wishes.... I don't even have a crush these days. But Brad Pitt would still do, as long as he is clean shaven as I would have to turn him away if he was stubbly!! lol
One present I think I would like is a lovely portait of my kids! We have never had them done - the last posed pic of them was when my daughter was still at playgroup (she is 12 now!) and although it is lovely I notice everyone seems to have more recent ones of their children. I should sort that out in the Spring 🙂
