We'll be having our Tuesday usual, that we missed yesterday, roast chicken, Yorkshires, new potatoes, sprouts, broccoli, spring greens and erm,,,,decisions decisions, either carrots or green beans.  I think green beans, I prefer those, and gravy..

I have a meeting with the City Council from 6pm to 8:30pm, so will probably be soup and toast when I get home afterwards as I will be too tred to manage much.

Lightly dusted ( breaded ) cod fillet portions from Heron, 500 gr for £1-50, topped with a can of sardines in tomato sauce halfway through baking on a tray. Cheap, quite quick - just 35 minutes in the oven - very filling and warming on a dull, quite cold day like it is here today.

We had chips, sausage and baked beans followed by chocolate cake and cream.  Steph and Grace came for their tea as well and I am suitably worn out.

OH had fish which I did with tartare sauce, then egg and breadcrumbed it.

I had the most fabulous ribeye steak....just the steak, it was so soft and tasty, I'm a dribblin' just thinking about it!!!
