For tea for me tonight is mushroom stroganoff with boiled rice.

Pasta with a chili flavoured bolognese sauce created by son, who despaired of actually eating at a reasonable time 'cos i'm never here to cook it.

Pork?  Have apples.  Coat pork with some kind of chili mix then braise gently with apples and onion in gravy.

Pork chops are nice spread with apple sauce, topped with a cheese slice & popped back under the grill to melt/brown the cheese.

Oh I wish I had some of these ideas for pork chops yesterday!!! 🙂 Must try to remember them for next time the applesauce and cheese one sounds really scrummy.

Thinking of chicken tonight in a sauce and roasted pots and some other veg.

Life is too short so enjoy it while you can!

belly pork is my absolute fave, all crispy and juicy....dribble..........

we had linguine with home made pasta sauce with lots of mushrooms, onions and peppers. I found a Boursin square of cheese in the fridge and mixed it in mine, as OH doesn't like it, it was lovely, those packs of 6 little squares come in handy.
