I cant understand why some people say that they dont believe in UFOs

UFO means Unidentified Flying Object.

Look up and see something flying.  It could be a plane, a balloon, a bird or even a plastic bag.

If you cant make out what it is, then it is a UFO, doesnt necessarily have to be alien.

You're spot on there. When people say "UFO" they think of alien craft. No such thing.

Think about it? How would an alien craft get here without being seen and also, how would it slow down without being seen? I suppose believers would say that aliens would be so advance they could defy our Laws of Physics? Newtons Laws of motion? Simply put = "An object, when propelled by a force will continue in the direction of that force until acted upon by another force"???

All unidentified objects are simply that, unidentified.

Im sure I've never seen any of them before and I've no idea what they might be.

That definitely sounds like floaters, more properly known as Muscae volitantes.  Not a lot you can do about them; as we get older we get more of them.  There is a medical solution for severe cases, but they would only try it with very severe cases because the cure can easily make the problem worse if it doesn't work properly.
