We'll be having liver and kidney, new potatoes, parsnip, green beans, cauliflower, fried suet dumplings and luvverly gravy!! Then he can have yoghurt.

I have some king prawns thawed out so I will do something with them.

I just steam them with the other veggies capt. We only ever have them roasted at Christmas for some strange reason.
I make the dumplings as normal, flour, salt and suet and then just heat a little oil in a frying pan, put a desertspoon size 'dollop' in and slightly flatten it (so it's a bit like a fish cake shape and size) Put a lid on, and gently fry, turning half way . Cook for about 10 mns each side until risen and golden brown. I used to do them with savoury mince too.

We normally have our parsnips steamed with other vegetables as well. Mum will have them roasted at Christmas but I admit to not liking roast parsnips. They seem too taste sweet when they are roasted do parsnips.

I suppose I could send it if it was deep frozen and well enough insulated.....! On an overnight signed-for.... yep, it's do-able!!
